What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard specs start at 100 pieces, mixed batch accepted; non-standard custom orders start at 500 pieces depending on workmanship. Single samples are available for confirmation.
What information do you need for a quote inquiry?
Please provide the AC horsepower / applicable outdoor unit, material (galvanized / stainless / powder-coated), dimensions and plate thickness, quantity and surface requirements. We will quote within 24 hours.
How long is the lead time?
Standard models are in stock or ship in 7–15 days; custom orders need 3–5 days for sampling and 15–25 days for bulk production. Rush orders can be expedited.
Do you support drawing / sample customization (OEM/ODM)?
Yes. Our own factory provides OEM/ODM, custom packaging and labels, and non-standard drawing/sample development; color, size, thickness and load-bearing structure can all be adjusted on demand.
Is there test evidence for bracket load capacity and rust resistance?
Per-bracket load is 100–250kg, passing salt-spray testing and whole-bracket load tests; material test reports are available. We use dual rust protection (galvanized undercoat + powder-coat topcoat).
How is long-term rust resistance guaranteed?
Dual anti-rust process: galvanized undercoat + electrostatic powder-coat topcoat — no peeling, strong weather resistance. Stainless steel models use 304/201 mirror material, suitable for coastal high-humidity environments.
How is packaging and shipping arranged?
Neutral / custom color boxes and export cartons are supported, with private labeling. Our logistics partners cover the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, South America and Europe; LCL and FCL are both supported.
How are quality issues handled?
Out-of-box piece-by-piece inspection; within the warranty period, non-man-made damage is replaced or returned for free, with dedicated after-sales follow-up to ensure long-term stable cooperation.
