Installation project at a Shandong university education building. The building was tall with a large work volume; we planned floor-by-floor rolling construction and completed all installations on schedule with passing acceptance, without disrupting teaching.
The education building was in active use, so construction was organized on the premise of "not disrupting normal teaching" — floor-by-floor, time-phased rolling works, with noisy tasks scheduled outside class hours.
All installation points were built to a unified workmanship standard; afterward, the university's logistics department co-accepted the works, and both overall appearance and installation quality were well received.
